BAY AREA, CALIFORNIA, UNITED STATES, December 5, 2021 /EINPresswire.com/ – The author PF Felix is having a great year in 2021, pandemic or not. The first book in his romantic-thriller series, The Rennington Chronicles, was released in May. The Night Teacher launches a series based on a real town of the same name in Alnwick, Northumberland, UK (NE66), which bears remarkable similarities to its fictional version. Things are not what they appear to be in fiction Rennington Village and as we progress, elements of the paranormal creep into the story. Felix takes real-life inspiration for all of this, noting: “These tales merge events and characters drawn from a combination of real-life situations or historical cases that I have researched or witnessed first-hand. . “

An American citizen since 2004, Felix was born in Freeport, Bahamas. She has lived in the United States for decades, but is quick to point out that she has never been out of those two home countries. She now runs a GoFundMe campaign to travel to the real village of Rennington so that she can adapt her writing to practical and anthropological research. But here’s the part where coincidence meets fate: Felix didn’t even know Rennington was a real town of the same name in the UK until one of his new fans informed him of its existence.

Felix says she needs to “see the earth; meeting the locals and really finding out how and why (parts of) my fictional story aligns so well with my newly discovered utopia. Felix wants to better understand the real Rennington in order to improve the fictional Rennington in his novels. Her GoFundMe goal is $ 25,000 (USD).

More than just a minority author, Felix says, “I’m a certified mom, entrepreneur and geek… but I didn’t realize until this fall that maybe I was more than that. It is clear that with his first published novel to his credit, Félix is ready for anything and is hungry to live fully.

When it comes to living life to the fullest, Félix knows no other solution. Bringing out The Night Professor was the culmination of a long fight. As a Bay Area union leader (NorCal) and involved mother of three, Felix is living the immigrant American dream in a way. But, she has been caring for a seriously ill spouse for years. Felix supports his whole family thanks to his entrepreneurial spirit. And she wrote and published the entire book while battling everything from finances and lack of job security, to family health and her spouse’s immunocompromised state during the pandemic. In this way, his book may not be his greatest achievement. Her greatest achievement is the ferocity with which she loved and protected her family and made great strides through a pandemic that destroyed some of us.
